Incoming material check

Request the component and material acceptance criteria relevant to the chosen model; align any buyer-specific requirements before production.

Assembly inspection

Confirm the enclosure, reservoir, atomizing-head and control configuration against the approved specification. Ask for the applicable inspection record.

Functional testing

Agree the functions and control modes to verify for your order. Test methods, durations and pass criteria require supporting records; none are assumed here.

Final inspection

Align the final model, finish, dimensions, labeling and order quantity with the approved sample and purchasing specification.

Packaging inspection

Agree protective packing, artwork, shipping marks and document checks before shipment. Request evidence relevant to your order.

Detailed quality-control procedures and model-specific inspection records are agreed per order — request the records relevant to your configuration. No universal performance or inspection-rate claims are made.
