Ask for the original compliance documents, read the models and tested configurations each one lists, and confirm which documents apply to the exact model, control configuration and destination market you are ordering. A document never covers products it does not list.
Buyer problem
Importers and distributors face destination-market requirements (EU, US and others) and customer audits. The risk is not the absence of documents — it is treating a sample-scoped document as blanket approval of every product and configuration.
- CE EMC
- EMC Directive 2014/30/EU; EN IEC 55014-1:2021 and EN IEC 55014-2:2021 (reference LH-230903022799). Lists the eight core SDL models among others; tested-sample conditions apply.
- FCC Part 15 Subpart B
- Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (reference LH-230903022800), valid only with the referenced test report.
- RoHS
- Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863 (reference LH-230903022801). Identifies covered models; not an assessment of the whole production.
- FCC radio
- Radio grant FCC ID 2BCCLRAD-8 (Part 15C) and test report STS2512131W01 (Part 15.247). The grant specifies antenna installation conditions — review them in the original.
